Segement – Top Spending Customers

Main Graph

Displays the daily sales of the top 10% spending customers within the selected period. This means that the number of customers is rounded to nearest integer and all sales for those selected customers are displayed on a daily base within the selected period.

Customers

Displays the number of customers representing top 10% of the sales within the selected period.

Average Order Value

Displays the average order value for the customers representing top 10% of the sales within the selected period.

Sales in period

Displays the total sales for the top 10% spending customers within the selected period.

Orders in period

Displays the total number of orders for the top 10% spending customers within the selected period.

Average revenue per order

Displays the average value per order and month for the top 10% spending customer within selected period compared to previous. Note that that the top 10% spending customer are selected within each period, hence the different periods might hold different sets of customers

Revenue growth

Graph displays the trend in sales per month for the top 10% spending customers within the selected period compared to the previous. Note that that the top 10% spending customer are selected within each period, hence the different periods might hold different sets of customers.

Customer retention rate

Displays the retention rate of top 10% spending customers within current month compared to last month based on the selected period. Note that top 10% spending customer is selected on a monthly base and that the period will be displayed based on the selection plus the previous period.

Displays the daily sales within the selected period.

Displays the number of unique customers that has made a purchase within the selected period compared to the number of new customers within the period.

Displays the average order value within the period compared to the previous period.

Displays the number of customers within the period classified as “one time”, meaning a maximum of one purchase is allowed within the selected period.

Average Order Value

Displays the average order value within the period for the customers classified as “one time”, meaning a maximum of one purchase is allowed within the selected period.

Sales in period

Displays the total sales within the selected period for the customers classified as “one time”, meaning a maximum of one purchase is allowed within the selected period.

Orders in period

Displays the total number of orders for the customers classified as “one time”, meaning a maximum of one purchase is allowed within the selected period.
